Our Guarantee

We only charge you if we successfully recover readable content from your corrupted file. If the preview shows no recoverable content, you won't be charged.

Eligible for Full Refund

  • The downloaded file won't open in Microsoft Word
  • The repaired file contains no readable content
  • You were charged but received no download link
  • Payment processing error resulted in duplicate charges

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Recovered content is incomplete (partial recovery is expected with severe corruption)
  • Formatting or images didn't transfer perfectly (we prioritize text recovery)
  • You changed your mind after downloading the file
  • Your original file was not actually corrupted

How to Request a Refund

Email support@filerepaironline.com within 48 hours of your purchase with:

  • Your payment confirmation email or transaction ID
  • Brief description of the issue
  • Screenshot of error (if applicable)

We typically process refunds within 24 hours. Refunds appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
